Shipping & Returns
Most of our Australian orders are sent via Courier, you will be sent an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for your order to be completed & shipped. PO Boxes & Locked bag orders are shipped via Australia Post.
All of our products are hand made in small batches and our candles require a curing time of at least 1 week before we ship them out, If you have ordered a candle currently on back order please allow at least 1 week for your item to ship. Please note we do not do partial shipments, once all items ordered are available we will send your order out.
All orders will be marked as Authority to Leave unless stated otherwise in the comments section by the customer at checkout. If delivery confirmation to your residence is received from our courier we are not responsible for lost/damaged deliveries.
Each order is checked & carefully packaged by us, from time to time there are breakages. If so, please email us with a photo of the damaged item with details of your order at email@example.com and we will send out a replacement to you.
We currently only ship within Australia.
Wherever possible we re use packaging from our suppliers, recycled card & paper & biodegradable packing peanuts derived from corn starch & wheat that you can place in your compost. We are still learning how best to wrap & package your orders in the most sustainable way possible, please be kind with your emails - if you are not happy with the packaging we use please suggest an alternative, as stated above we try to re use packaging from our suppliers wherever possible to save it going to landfill.
One of a kind
Our products are all handmade in small batches, each batch of essential oils & Palo Santo is unique & can vary slightly in colour & scent from batch to batch, this means each batch of our candles, incense & mists may vary slightly in colour or scent.
Refunds / Faulty Items
If you are not happy with your items please email us to discuss within 48 hours of the delivery of your product, refunds are usually issued as an item exchange or store credit. The faulty item must be returned to us within 2 weeks of delivery in its original packaging with 80% of the wax / essential oil blend in the candle jar/bottle. If you have burnt the candle down or used most of the product you do not qualify for a refund.
